I flew in from Utah for a concert and Thursday night around 10pm my best friend said man we should of made shirts for the concert. So i jumped on google, came across Cali Love and decided to text the phone number. At 10:58pm on a Thursday night, i text and he immediately responded. We showed up with T-shirts the next day at 11:30am and we were walking out of the place by 11:45 with custom concert shirts for our concert that Friday night. “The airport grab and go kiosks are not supposed to be a place where you may have a memorable experience. But that changed for me today while transiting through Burbank airport. Looking around through very few options at this airport, there was not much. I decided to get a pre-packaged sandwich from Guy’s Sammich Joint, but unfortunately they didn’t have any vegetarian options, so I picked a bag of chips. That’s when I met Carla, who manages and runs the kiosk location. She recommended that I can get a vegetarian pizza at Wolfgang Puck, and even recommended some toppings that are not on their menu. I was appreciative that she made that suggestion even though it may have made me not to buy the chips. While waiting for my next flight I noticed that a young kid was really in a bad mood, throwing tantrums. All eyes were on that kid and his parents, making them more conscious. But then Carla came around with something to eat for that kid. She talked to him affectionately and the kid was suddenly happy and smiling. I saw Carla being so gentle and polite with all the customers. Her demeanor was very professional and very impressionable. Carla is one person in today’s world who we want to see more and more, when people are complaining about everything, and customer service at stores and eateries. She is the change we all went to see. Go, Carla!”
