I own a small chain of artist studios in southern California, and wanted create a more cohesive look and feel among all the locations by redecorating, in and out. This required new wall-sized pieces. I wanted to get prices from a few printers, so I sent the same artwork to three printers. Brixen and Sons were the only ones to tell me that the artwork I submitted wouldn't come out really well because the colors I had used don't look good at that size. (Or something like that!) They really took the time to help me out and suggested some other options, which turned out to be an easy fix and my new signs look amazing!”

“This review is based on customer service. Today, I unfortunately got a flat tire and the nearest spot was Dolans Lumber. I pulled over and immediately went inside to tell them I got a flat and had to park there until a tow came. It was 5pm and they close at 5:30pm. I was blown away by their response. I spoke to the 2 front lady’s in front and they could see I was having an anxiety attack. They immediately comforted me and told me to grab a water from their fridge and they would have the guys move my car to the gas station if my tow did not arrive before they closed. The entire team was so amazing. I am speechless at how comforting and helpful they were to a complete stranger. We are currently in the beginning stage of a home remodel, and I will now be a new customer. I am so thankful for this entire team. Little do we know, our thoughtfulness and kindness can make such a difference in someone’s life. Their response to my situation has now gotten them a customer. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you. I worked with My Flooring Guy to pick the most gorgeous white oak engineered flooring from Portofino Flooring. The new floors completely transformed my space, I can't believe it is the same home.
