“Wow! I’ve been a paramedic for 23 years. I go to a LOT of stores. Went in to this place at 0900. Clean, well stocked, and friendly people. All the food was ready. All types of coffee. Someone ask “Rocky” for a specific creamer and he went out and bought it on his own to make sure the customer was satisfied. Very nice to see some people who take pride in their work. And the employee wasn’t rocky but I can’t pronounce his name. Great job everyone.”

These cartridge rods are discontinued as its an old fork so the rods are hard to find and the guys that DID have them wanted $175 a piece. I was recommended to try Technical Touch USA. These guys are on the ball. I was helped by Melissa who handled my quote and set up the shipping. Not only was their price incredibly low for these rods ($38 each!) the shipping is what kind of blew me away. Melissa had received my order around 2pm on a Friday, they had my package shipped same day and ig showed up next day. Yes I am in the same state but I've literally had similar situations with other vendors where items took over a week to get to me.
