I ordered one of their rings in the smallest size they had (6) that I had admired. After receiving it ended up being too big. I reached out and connected with the company and Jess was SO HELPFUL. She had told me they do not make the ring in a 5 but reached out the warehouse and could have that size made just for me (wow, who does that?! ) . And just like that it was made and I LOVE. I am so so so happy! You don’t get this kind of service anymore at a lot of places but the fact that she went above and beyond was impeccable. If that’s how their customer service is I can only imagine an amazing culture! Thank you!”

From the second I walked into his showroom Scott (the owner) took all the time in the world to educate me and answer all of my questions. The owner lady and her husband are so kind. On Christmas day, even your Grinch costume could not hide how nice and warm of a person you are. When i came back two hours after because our rental car had an issue, you and your husband did all you could to help us, and with a smile! “I took my animals to Four Paws for 8 years and realized how lucky I was when we moved away recently and had to find another Vet. They always took excellent care of my two dogs (a beagle mix and italian greyhound). They even were willing to help me with a prescription a few months after I had moved for a chronic problem my one pup has. Bottom line is they truly are about your animals. I promise you, you can't go wrong putting your furry friends under their care.”

The products the owner Michelle provides are very nice quality.
