Just ask for the specifics you're looking for and if they don't have it in the store they usually can order it and have it ready to be picked up as fast as they can. If something is too loose, she will tell you to take it off so she can go to the back and make alterations so it fits right. I think there is a small fee but a lot of times has told me no charge. Of course, we were both a bit nervous ~ after placing the order we realized that not only did we order the wrong size but the delivery date was cutting it very close. I emailed customer service explaining that I chose the fastest shipping option but the delivery date was concerning as it would potentially be delivered the day before the dance. I asked if there was a way to pay for a faster shipping option. They responded promptly stating that they would update the size of the dress and not too worry, that they would expedite the order to ensure the dress would arrive with ample time before the dance.
