She made the both of us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She explained to me that I may have broke my wrist and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The support staff, from the gentleman that gave me my tetnas shot to the woman that helped with my wrist made me feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing to me. They definitely put our minds at ease!!”

“These guys are the best-in-class outfit for boat rentals near and far from the Bay. I've rented ski and wake boats 5+ times in the last two years and these guys are a huge cut above some of the other places. They are professional and timely, and offer great deals to repeat customers and off-season clients. And "off-season" in California means no crowds but still amazing weather (it was 80F when I went a couple weekends ago). At a different lake much further north from the Bay, I rented a ski boat that was falling apart (throttle wouldn't stay put, steering was very sluggish and heavy, engine was crazy loud) for A LOT more money. On top of that, we had to rent each piece of equipment (skis, board, etc) for an additional cost on a per day basis. On top of this, we had to sign a different piece of paper for every single thing rented. At Lake Berryessa Bot and Jet Ski Rentals, you walk in, hang out with some really friendly dudes (Josh is the man, as is the other gentleman who has helped me out the last few times I've been there) who get you set up with a very very nice boat (powerful, clean, sexy, loud speakers, etc), and you're out on the water very fast. It can take as little as 30 minutes to get from your car door to the driver's seat of the boat with these guys. There are other places that take an hour and a half to do this (while burning a hole in your wallet). And rental equipment is included in the package, which makes a lot of sense (who rents a ski boat without water skis?). The lake speaks for itself--it's gorgeous, and near the Bay. I highly recommend making the day trip to this place.”

“Man, no one knows Ireland better than these guys! My last trip was to Northern Ireland and it was spectacular. This was my 5th time in Ireland with Brendan and probably one of my favorites. Northern Ireland is just...breath-taking. I was ready to find a house and move in. The people were so lovely and jovial, the feeling in Belfast was young and creative, then the countryside was so idyllic. It didn’t hurt to have a day of Game of Thrones experiences either, throwing axes and seeing the sets, all dressed up in costume- pretty cool. Can’t wait to get back to my chair...again.”

“Might have been the cleanest facility in the country. I was amazed. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all of my membership questions. Some of the Personal Training staff walked in while I was talking with another member at the front. We both spoke and they did not speak in return. I like the gym and have joined but after that experience with the Personal Training staff, I will most likely make my own plan for gains.”
