  Update: Happy to report I've given this place a few more go's and have been much happier with the service. I am still a bit reluctant to get an espresso drink, but the coffee is really well brewed and my coworkers have had sandwich orders that they've been very happy with. I appreciate the offer to chat with the manager, but have preferred to see changes happen organically rather than having 'special treatment' over a bad situation. Looking forward to the direction things seem to be going!

  I've given this place a couple of tries now. The first time it was 40 minutes from the time I got in line until I got my food. They had just opened so I chalked it up to them coming up to speed. Today wasn't terribly busy, but it's apparent that one espresso machine may not be enough to meet demands, as it was still quite a wait for mine and my coworker's drinks. For a business that caters to students between classes and employees on a busy college/hospital campus this is an issue.
  Today I ordered a bacon woodsman since I had, had it before and it had been pretty good, however, there was very little bagel (mostly an open hole, seems like just a bad batch) and no bacon at all. The dirty chai was good, but pricey for what it was and luke warm at best. Their bagels really are quite tasty, just inconsistent from the experiences I've had.
  
  Overall pretty disappointing which is unfortunate as they are a much better option menu wise than the previous occupant of the location and the boxcar roast is a step up from many other offerings on campus.

  For it to be a new location its off to a great start. Busy at lunch and moderate throughout the day. Shows that the consumer base is pleased and consistent. Suggestions would be the breakfast burrito if youre in a hurry and still want quality. Great for students on the go. If you have a little more time the paninis are the way to go.

  So much better than what was here before! There was a big crowd there but the staff was super friendly and my order was ready quickly. I had the breakfast burrito with avocado which turned out to be really fresh and good. The portion size was surprisingly big and the girl at the register told me that all of their ingredients and coffee is from local vendors which I always love to hear.
  There is also salads and packaged things like protein bars which is convenient for taking to class.
