(January 30, 2019, 4:34 pm)Estes Express has been exceptional in the shipping of my harp (musical instrument). It needed to go back to the builder a month ago for some repairs. I drove to the terminal where the builder had shipped me a box with packing material to box it up and return it to them using Estes Express. The box arrived for my use in perfect condition, and the harp and box was shipped back to the builder for the repairs in perfect condition. My repaired harp is currently in transit back to me for pickup tomorrow. Estes Express (Daniel) went above and beyond for me today, working with his manager to allow me an earlier "will call" pickup due to my very long drive and our current winter weather conditions. They were all most accommodating while my friend and I packed up the harp to ship back for the repairs. I am confident that my harp will arrive unscathed tomorrow. But also know that Estes Express expects me to open the packaging and inspect it when I arrive to pick it up. I have been met over the phone by courteous and helpful representatives every time I have called, and would highly recommend this company for shipping.

(January 30, 2019, 10:03 am)The terminal is always extremely helpful! I work for a 3rd party logistics broker, Acorn Logistics dba Unishippers, and we can always count on the terminal to help us out. They provide accurate information and do not hesitate to use Estes when delivering to the Denver areas. Dan and the team go well above and beyond to making sure that we give our customers the information that they need for their shipments whether it be pick-ups or deliveries. Dan has helped me out so many times and is A+++ in my book! You will not be disappointed when using the Estes Denver terminal! Great job guys and gals! You are spot on!!!

(January 3, 2019, 1:00 pm)Estes continually meets our expectations with each pick up. We use their service on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. The staff that answers the phones are nice, quick and professional and the drivers are always kind and patient.
