(November 12, 2018, 8:46 pm)So right up front, this is not what most would think of as traditional Mexican food in that, it isn’t dumbed down plates of various tortillas and meats covered in cheese and sauce. They don’t have beans on the menu. This is really a regional restaurant with the menu being driven by the cuisine of the Sinaloa region of Mexico, which is why it is virtually all seafood. And it is incredible!
The place is neatly decorated and clean. Service was first class. Good selection of beers and tequila.
I had their torre Culichi. Insane! Deep, complex flavors to go with delicate and perfectly executed sea fare like scallops, prawns and octopus. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu.
