(February 9, 2019, 2:33 am)The team at Brakes Plus are WONDERFUL!!! I had a problem with my Durango (the engine light came on) - I just knew it would cost me a fortune especially if I went to a dealership so instead I checked out a couple of the "all inclusive" we do all repairs locations within the areas. All of them told me I would need to go to the dealer to have the problem fixed but not the case - Brakes Plus performed the diagnostic, fixed the problem and it cost much less than I expected. I also went in for a tail light to be fixed and they handled it within minutes.
Like I said the team is great and special thanks to Jamie, Mark and Nick.

They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, which is relieving since I have faced this at other shops. The customer service is phenomenal, the employees always explain in great detail what they are doing and why. I have been a customer for four years.
