(August 26, 2018, 9:37 pm)Hello. I am a FedEx driver that needed two tires mounted and balanced in the middle of my route and Matt knocked it out for me! I had the tires with me in the truck and I was honestly expecting a long wait, perhaps even a “tomorrow scheduling”, but Matt saw I was in the middle of my workday (route) and had me taken care of quickly and with a genuine care that is hard to find these days.
I have only been there once, however as I pass it each day doing my route I think to myself “Matt really is a good guy!”
I can’t suggest this will be the case for everyone, in terms of showing up randomly and having immediate service, but as a delivery driver on a 300 mile daily route, I had a VERY pleasant experience here and to be frank it’s all due to Matt. I was in and out and back delivering packages to the good folks of Bennett and beyond and it’s all thanks to Matt’s concern and care.
Thanks again, Matthew. You really saved my rear end the other day. Literally! Haha. =D Five Stars, bud!
