Their text / voicemail system to let you know when you can pick up is always accurate and the staff are friendly and informative. I typically try to avoid 6:00-8:00 as it is quite busy and a long wait but even then, I don't feel this is unexpected. If you don't want to wait, try to avoid the highest demand time.
