This review is well over due!! But Kyle is not only dedicated but very professional for a year now he is the ONLY one I want to even help me. He cares! He knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond. He will get your car back on track and do all he can for you. I appreciate him he will not let you down!!! Kimbi oh my sweet Kimbi she is the sweetest lil lady you would want to help you. She has always helped me when I was in need. She never fails to make me proud and happy... this location is my ALL time favorite. I recommend anyone in the area to come to this location... or even travel to this location if you want to be treated right. Now... I will NOT be coming back here if they for whatever reason no longer works here. I would follow them where ever they go! People like them are hard to come across. Actually I would be lost if I came here for them to help me with my car and found out he or she was no longer with the company! They take awsome care of my car!!! Thanks Kyle and Kimbi!!!! I usually don't make reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience, that I wanted to give a special shout-out. The Manager, Justin, was extremely helpful, professional, & accommodating. Although I went in for a simple tire replacement, Justin noticed another pre-existing problem (crack) within the wheel itself & immediately brought it to my attention and passed along recommendations. After picking up a new rim/wheel from a nearby parts yard, I made another appointment and Justin and his team immediately remounted & installed the new tire on my new wheel without any additional charge or hassle. Thanks Justin and the Inverness Firestone Team for being so helpful and accommodating. I definitely will recommend you to other family and friends nearby.

Great place, easy prices with friendly staff. Check out the fish pond in the back if your interested in a fun way to grow vegetables.

Best place to shop in town. Great service great people best supplies and a very knowledgeable when it comes to there inventory. All ways have the best price vs everywhere else.

The issue with the hood was fixed asap. They are good people here and well educated. If your looking for a real good hood but are low im funds, these guys also have a great selection of used and repaired hoods for great deals. Plus, its always helpful to have a knowledgeable staff to help u with problems. Great place, definitely has my business in the future
