  I tried out Breath of Life Yoga for the first time a while back. As for my first experience, it was great. However, I'm not a Yoga kinda of guy yet but I did enjoy the heated Yoga.

  This is an amazing studio! The instructors are so in-tune with the students and that makes all the difference. I especially love the Total Zen, Ashtanga, Powerflow and Yin classes. I've been practicing here for about 3 and a half years and wouldn't trade my time here for anything.
  
  If you're looking for a yoga studio that isn't packed, that has a staff and community that actually care for you and your practice look no further.
  
  Give BOL Yoga a try if you live in the area or if you are visiting town, you will not be disappointed!!

  BOL has a schedule of diverse classes, all of the instructors are top notch, and it is locally owned! I have always appreciated the presence of the studio in this area and the down to earth environment.

  Breathe of Life yoga studio is amazing! It’s more than a yoga studio, it’s a community. The teachers and owner gracefully guide you through each unique class. I am a always amazed at how well the classes are taught in order to accommodate beginners to advanced students and make everyone feel welcome. All the feels for this sweet studio and their instructors!

  Love this place! Great instructors and lots of different classes to take. Owner is amazing and very involved in the community. Give this place a try. Will be good for your body and soul.
