When you read so many bad review from a company it leaves a bad impression before you even get a chance to experience it yourself. However, I have to say that my experience was not all that bad.
First time I called to try and schedule a delivery I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with a stereotypical bad customer service rep. Her tone and attitude came across defensive and that really set the tone for a bad experience.
Second time around when I called the next day I spoke with a different rep and the experience was night and day. He took down my # so he could make sure to touch base the following day since the package hadn’t arrived yet.
Day of delivery the driver was friendly and even offered to help carry the heavy package to my front door. My first experience dealing with this freight company started out on the wrong foot but was quickly turned around next day.
Very busy company, and I was taken care of very well. No complaints and I would use them again. Easy access and convenient to go to I ordered two pallets of kitchen cabinets and they were not damaged at all. Very impressed with the care of the items.
