Having had an unexpected issue caused by an out of state Audi Dealer, Berg took incredible care of me and worked hard to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Had I been able to work with them from the get-go, they’d have saved me thousands.
When you walk through the door, it’s immediately clear as to how much pride the Berg team takes in their work. The building is immaculate, the floors are clean, and you’re always greeted with a smile. -

Berg is prompt responding to any questions. And at a very fair price. I’ll be back to Berg Performance.

(October 10, 2019, 1:18 pm)Berg has always taken care of me. Kettl is very knowledgeable, from APR tuning, to maintenance schedules, to just picking his brain about buying a VW and/or Audi. I bring my S6 here and they have transformed it into a beast in a three piece suit. Berg is honest, professional, great customer service and rest assured your VW, Audi, or Porsche is in the best hands!!! Thanks Berg!

(November 3, 2017, 5:54 am)Took my A4 B7 Quattro in about a month ago for transmission ticking, had all work done with Berg/Detroit transmission constant contact from Aaron and Jeff when I worked with him. I had some other issues that they had to fix from another shop that's close to the area that charges almost 2x and failed to even install wipers correctly! They called and told me the first day told me what an ETA would be. They have exceeded my expectations in my car frustrating times. I had a intake leaking and Aaron stood outside in 30 degree weather to find where the leak was at.. If that don't show respect for customers and there vehicles then your better off finding someone who over charges to do Audi work wrong! Or have these guys treat you and your car like family! Still running good by the way....
