The whole process - from initial assessment through meeting with our insurance adjuster to the actual roof replacement - was completed in a professional and timely manner. All permits and paperwork were efficiently handled by Big Creek and we were kept apprised on all aspects of the process. A small amount of damage occurred during the replacement and it was handled seamlessly and to our complete satisfaction - We are pleased with the service and quality of the work done my Big Creek.

The roof, including the wood decking under the shingles, was in BAD shape. I met with three roofers but Jason of Big Creek Roofing stood out above the other two for his personal approach and professionalism. He met with our insurance claim agent and me during the inspection. The whole process, from insurance inspection, to roof install, to city code inspection went smoothly and quickly. The quality of the job is everything I could have hoped for and more. I am very impressed.
