  The service was excellent. The associate at the South Hairston-Redan Rd location made it a very easy experience. She went over and beyond for me because I left my keys and really needed to get into my storage unit. I was very pleased and this location is very clean and secure.

  I really I had a very great experience with the movers. They was so nice and curious had a lot of patience. They respond too me very quickly they were on time.   By far one of the best experiences I’ve had of many dealing with Extra Space on South Hairston. I now have two units and luckily their conveniently located near one another. I was assisted with such professionalism and engagement from the manager which only continued the quality I’ve had for the past 4+ years of dealing with ESS. Thanks!!

  The U-Pack people were great to work with on every level. From the initial booking to the final unloading everyone was professional, courtious and accomidating. This is the third move we've made using U-Pack and I will use them again if we make another move.

  Moved from Boulder, CO to Dana Point, CA and it was a seamless and easy process. The guaranteed delivery was well worth the added fee for the peace of mind to have it there when you need it. The containers are definitely jostled around during pickup and drop off but as long as you pack properly and make sure the heavy stuff is on the bottom and light stuff on top you'll be good. When it arrived some of the light stuff on top had moved around, but nothing was damaged or broken. Would highly recommend this for any move in state or otherwise.

  While moving from Tennessee to Colorado, I was extremely impressed with the ease of working with U-Pack. Not only were they on time (even during COVID-19), but throughout the entire process they were extremely communicative and helpful. They walked me through which size of cube(s) I should get, plus they helped me figure out the drop off and pickup dates, which ended up being perfect. I am truly glad I used U-Pack—I had previously used other, similar brands and was unsure how the U-Pack experience would go, but it was fantastic!
  
  There are some reviews about items arriving damaged after having shifted around in transit. Yes, the boxes may move around when they're being shipped, so it's up to the individual packing the cube to secure things inside and pack strategically (ie: put lighter items on top incase they do slide over, it's no issue—there is probably further guidance online).
  
  We used a combination of ropes and bungee cords to secure the items inside, packed heavy / valuable things towards the bottom, placed lighter things toward the top, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Again, it's on the individual packing to ensure the items are secure while they're being transported—because it's exactly that: they're being transported, so of course things may move if they're not secure. Just got to get them properly prepped!

  Everyone I spoke with at U-Pack and the freight company they used were so helpful and understanding. My moving destination changed at the last minute, which could have been a major stress had I been using a traditional moving truck, or perhaps another moving pod company. I called the morning before my cubes were to be picked up and the response was, "No problem, we can just store your cubes in Denver until you know where you're going." 30 days later I had my cubes delivered to Tampa. It was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again if another moving situation arises. Thank you U-Pack!
