I've been purchasing my music gear from Universal Music CO for fifteen years and the outstanding service has never wavered. The guitar techs are thorough and will treat your gear with the respect it deserves.

(September 29, 2018, 12:41 am)Came here to rent a trumpet for my son. Good service. The people were friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. We had a problem with the trumpet and when we took it in (a week after we got it) the quickly fixed it. My son had placed the valves in backward.
I also have stopped to by reeds for my daughters clarinet. Again, the people were helpful and the prices beat the competition for reeds!!
Would return and recommend. -

(August 19, 2018, 2:25 pm)I have known Gary and family, since I was 13 years old. I bought my 1st Electric Guitar from them. I have bought several musical pieces from them. They treat me like family.
I would recommend shopping there.
Also I have played about half of Stairway to Heaven in their Guitar Room before they give me that look.
