(November 9, 2018, 3:26 pm)I had a wheel/tire package on order with the shop that ended up unexpectedly becoming an ongoing back-order. Ryan kept me up to date, fielded any of my questions through the order process and the delay, and provided some of the best customer service in a long time. We ended up cancelling the order because of the manufacturer delay but these guys earned our business for anything in the future. HIGHLY recommend.
