  This was a great experience from start to finish: Ben Pendrick, the agent, got our insurer on board, and was on top of the project from start to finish, keeping us informed and giving us accurate timetables. The crew was marvelous -- knowledgable, competent, helpful, really pleasant to talk to, and did a great job and cleaned up every day. The best!

  Ben Pendrick was our agent. He was most communicative with us through the whole process. He worked extensively with our insurance company who quibbled about costs. Ben made sure all the storm damage was covered thoroughly. We depended on him and he proved himself over and over again. So happy with final result! Gorgeous roof, new gutters, stellar roof inspection!

  Spencer Brown was great to work with! He helped me with my insurance company, Formost, who was very difficult and hard to work with. We arrived at a decent settlement thanks to Spencers efforts. I can and do highly recommend Spencer and Pioneer Home Solutions. Great job on the roof and gutters. On time and very helpful. I am very pleased and do recommend them Highly!

  I had some damaged roof tiles and Spencer Brown and his team did a great job of getting them replaced. The insurance company was not easy to deal with and Spencer took care of all of that. He was very responsive, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Spencer and Pioneer to anyone needing roof repair work.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pioneer Home Solutions. Communication was great! Roofers came and installed my roof in one day. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. You never knew they were here! My roof is beautiful and the quality of work was A+. Ask for Spencer! I’d recommend him time and time again.
