  Experience 5 star service at Mountain States Toyota. 3 years ago I purchased a new Toyota Tundra and had a great buying experience. Over the years I have had my Tundras routine maintenance performed at Mountain States and have always found that they have provided an outstanding level of customer service - they don’t up-sell, which is very appreciated. Bonus- they have free gourmet coffee while you wait. I don’t hesitate to recommend friends or family to Mountain States when they are looking for a new Toyota or need Toyota service and repair.

  Michael Ramstetter at Mountain States Toyota was a real pleasure to work with during our recent purchase. He came recommended by another family member who had worked with him in the past and he did not disappoint! Although the exact vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, he was able to acquire it from another local dealer within a few hours and still beat the price of that dealer by $2000! Paperwork was smooth and we were in and out in no time. Thanks again Michael and Mountain States for a seamless transaction. We’ll certainly be repeat customers for our next purchase!

  Love this place and our new 4runner. The service department is great and the prices are affordable. Sales staff and service staff have been top notch. I suggest them to everyone I know that is looking for a dealership and a great all around experience.

  This is such an amazing dealership! Quentin and Paula were so patient and honest with my husband and I. They did everything they could to show their gratitude for his service in the military. Besides our truly fantastic experience while picking out and purchasing the vehicle, they also had a wonderfully thoughtful care package for us in the vehicle upon delivery. Quentin was also nice enough to take out hours of his day to bring our new car to the Springs for us! Thank you all for making my husband so happy and honoring his service!

  Quite honestly, I was dreading going into another dealership. Buying a new car should be exciting and rewarding but I was worried about the dealing, haggling, and hours of paperwork. Ultimately to not come to a deal or leave feeling like I have been screwed over.
  I'm pleased to say that wasn't the case! I went in looking for a new Toyota Tacoma. I was initially greeted by Dan Healy, who, although was very busy at the moment I walked in, cancelled his meeting to help me find the truck I wanted. Dan listened to what I was looking for in my new Tacoma and he was able to track down the right vehicle. No wheeling and dealing no B.S. he just straight up gave me the numbers and we landed a deal right near market value of the truck. I was under a time crunch I showed up to their door at 9 AM and I had to leave by noon for another appointment. They were able to get the paperwork put together in a timely manner and HUGE bonus points to Mountain States in general for finally updating the paperwork to the latest technology. I was able to electronically sign off most of the paperwork making it much faster.
  
  Overall it was a great experience and a pleasant surprise that it all went so smooth and simple. Thank you Dan and team!
