  I highly recommend CityScape Real Estate for both property management and real estate purchases/sales. Over the past 12 years we have worked with them on managing numerous properties as well as buying and selling properties. The entire team always go above and beyond to ease these transactions. On the property management side, we always know our that not only our rental property but also our tenants are being taken care of with professionalism and respect.

  I have had my house managed by this company for a few years now and have been very satisfied. They worked with great contractors for repairs that came up and provided me with copies of their invoices for my records. My tenants are taking care of the place as I drive by once in a while when I’m near. Looking forward to using them as a manager until the market improves to sell, which they can assist me with when I am ready.

  I've been a customer for 3 years as an owner / landlord, and just recently as a home buyer. My agent is truthful and trustworthy. I've been very pleased with the property management service, and the new home I just bought. My agent, Jack Wilson, went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me. Julie in accounting has done a great job of making sure I'm paid on time every month. I have no complaints about Cityscape.

  I have used Cityscape Real Estate for years and have had nothing but good tenants that pay their rent on time. I would be happy to recommend Cityscape to anyone that wants efficient and professional Management of their rental properties.
  Ron is extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market and rental market and I feel confident recommending Ron and Cityscape Real Estate to anyone.
  I recently sent two friends to Cityscape Real Estate that were looking to buy rental properties in the Denver area and they were able to get the best prices on a rental and when it came time to rent the houses out they used Cityscape and were amazed at the quality of tenants they got in a short time on the market.

  I'm a current tenant and I pay my rent through their online payments from my checking account and recently have stayed on top of paying rent on time by signing up for the automatic withdrawal. It is super easy! I've been talking with Ron a bunch about assisting me in purchasing a house after my lease renewal is up in the spring time! Can't wait for this venture to be a homeowner next year and work with someone I know and trust and have great communication with!!!
