  The service department at this shop is one of the best in the area. I’ve lived in Golden for about 8 years and generally took my bike to Wheat Ridge Cyclery because their service shop was so consistently good.
  
  Consistently good work always seems like the hardest thing to find in a bike shop.
  
  Trek Golden sold me a bike in October, and helped me with a huge range of issues unrelated to the bike itself - from my indoor trainer to tubeless tire snafus that were basically my fault.
  
  They go through a crazy amount of effort to not leave me hanging and I just wanted to leave this review as a sign of my genuine appreciation of them and their work. 5 stars isn’t enough.

  Great customer service. Paul and Jason went above and beyond to help me fix the front wheel of my bike, they had to search the whole store. They both were prompt at returning my calls and I got my bike repaired, tuned and returned in 24hrs.

  Jason was awesome! Helped me pick out my first mountain bike and answered every question I had. Even helped me load it into my truck to make sure I got it home safely. Stoked to bring it in for a tune up when the time comes.

  The new Trek store is great! I’ve taken my non-Trek bikes there for repairs and tunings and have been very impressed by their on-the-spot diagnostics and service of the bikes I limped in on! Great to have such excellent service in town!

  I can’t speak highly enough about Seth and his team at Big Ring Cycles. I gladly drive from Denver to Golden whenever I need parts, accessories, service or a new bike! Seth and the staff always go above and beyond to get me what I need. Time and again I’ve witnessed the staff’s interaction with new riders walking into the shop and I’m always impressed with the consideration and level of attention they provide to everyone who enters the door.
  
  Another highlight is the sales floor and shop itself is absolutely beautiful and spotless like a high-end showroom . You could spend hours looking at the products they sell which have clearly been selected by someone who is passionate about cycling and knows bikes. I think it is obvious if you want the highest quality of service a shop needs to be clean and organized. The condition of Big Ring’s service center reflects the quality of service you can expect from them. Top notch stuff.
  
  On a final note, I’m continually amazed by the inventory they have in a time when parts and bikes are so hard to come by. I don’t know how they do it but time and again they’ve had exactly what I need in stock when I’ve thought a part was back ordered and totally out of stock worldwide.
  
  If you are trying to decide which shop to trust your hard earned money on please go to Big Ring. E-commerce is on the rise and threatening local bike shops. Cyclists need places like Big Ring to exist for their knowledge support and service. I know I’ll continue to do my part to make that happen.
