Great place, very nice staff.

I came in with my family to purchase clothes for family pictures! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mari helped us so much and even saved us some bucks while helping us shop from their 2nds section. She was incredibly patient and helpful especially since she spoke Spanish well and thats all my mom understands! The rest of the staff was also super welcoming and nice! You can tell this isn’t a place that pays by commission like some of these other western stores because their customer service is genuine. We will for sure be back. If you are looking for a place to shop incredible deals and awesome customer services definitely check them out! :)))

Great western outlet store. The store was very clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have the largest assortment of synch clothing to choose fromAnd also some markdowns and irregular clothing to choose from in the back. The pricing on the new apparel is comparable to other stores and the markdown and irregular clothing in the back is priced fair. I highly recommend you come and check out the cinch factory store.
