Staff was accommodating and went above and beyond today. I misread my son's court date, wrote it wrong on the calendar, and inadvertently missed his court date. I called as soon as I noticed. I was more mad at myself than anything. We were advised to arrives as soon as we could and did so. Instead of punishing us, the staff demonstrated empathy and understanding. I was not expecting such refreshing service and I thank you.
