(July 14, 2021, 12:00 pm)I know that scheduling appointments is a new wrinkle, but it actually makes the experience so much better. The employees are much less stressed and the entire experience is seamless and much better. Just something new that we have to adopt into the overall experience.

(July 6, 2021, 7:38 pm)The only reason I won't give the five stars is due to the wait time even when you have an appointment scheduled. Otherwise the people who assisted me were very kind. I got helped by a young lady who was training. She was very professional and helpful. And they answered all my questions even though they were very busy.

(July 1, 2021, 11:10 am)Had to make an appointment 3 times to understand and get what was needed for my business to be accomplished but the 3rd time the woman was extremely helpful. They were very pleasant at all times though. Website is pretty easy and helpful now as well.

Employees kind and friendly.
Hopefully system will be up and running tomorrow 11 Sept 2020.
