  Exceptionally clean. They have processed Lamb, Goat and poultry for us and we have been beyond pleased. Polska kielbasa sausage from the goat was great. Chops and cutlets nicely packaged and in nice portions.

  This was my first experience with butchering an animal and Rancho Corima could not have done a better job. They made it as easy as possible for us, they were so friendly and patient with us. The facility was very clean, and our animal was treated humanely. They explained the entire process to us and eased any fears or hesitations that we had. We received our meat back a week ahead of schedule. It was packaged nicely and ready to store, everything was labelled properly, and the processing of the meat was done wonderfully. We received every piece of our animal back per our request. The meat is great! The price was great! We will definitely be using Rancho Corima for a future butchering needs.

  Vicente was really nice to work with! Great value and the deep freezer is fully stocked! Clean facility and really nice to see how well the animals are treated. Will be back and absolutely recommend to others!

  Thank you so very much!!!! You did an excellent job processing our Goat and Deer. We love that the meats are cut and packaged just the way we ordered it..My family will enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving diner with the turkey you just processed for me. Nothing better than fresh, wholesome and home grown! THANKS AGAIN
