Cryotherapy has made such a significant difference in my back pain and after just a week has me at a point where I feel normal. Susan and Mike are awesome!

I was a member for many years. We recently moved out of the area, and I have to say how much I miss Adventure!! Such a great environment to work out in! Susan and Mike are top notch, and they take great care of the gym. More equipment than you can imagine! This isn't just a place to work out, it's a community. I've done many of the classes over the years and Dave Mura's 5 am class is the best!! It's a great mix of HIIT, weight training, tabata and fun! Definitely try this gym!!

This gym is awesome, it really gives a home gym vibe. All of the equipment is top of the line. Every person there is respectful. Would highly recommend to any gym user, new or vet!

The end of my long and frustrating search for a gym with a great atmosphere and classes ended when I came to check out Adventure Fitness. Their equipment far surpassed expectations, the staff is incredibly nice and great at training. They also have equipment that I've never even heard of before, and that was a pleasant surprise. It comes complete with cryotherapy options and hydro massage. They even have beautiful private bathrooms with nice showers!

I might consider myself a novice gym expert. As a traveling housesitter this summer we have had so many short term gym memberships I cant count them all. This is a great aspect of seeking out locally owned gyms or certain franchises; flexibility in membership.
