  If your looking to do a tile job, this store is the place to go! Jasmin, the store manager was more than helpful in helping to make our project come to life! She was upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable! She helped us design the bathroom from head to toe and did a great job in helping us to visualize the project. She suggested the right materials to use for waterproofing, and to help prevent mold. She was realistic with us about the time frame of our tile getting in since it had to come from multiple stores. She absolutely went above and beyond to find the quantity of the tile we needed and was great about communicating with us! We will definitely come back and work with Jasmin again!

  World of Tile representative Jasmin in Northglenn worked incredibly hard today to find a navy blue grout (which sounds easy but turned out to be incredibly tough). She went above and beyond, calling other stores, searching through suppliers and even texting me some ideas. I genuinely appreciated the fact that she was so determined to help us find what we were looking for. She could have been like everyone else and just said no, but she didn’t. It really makes me want to prioritize my next projects with world of tile because the true differentiators in the world today are extraordinary service and she was a prime example. Thank you Jasmin!!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and let us look around as long as we liked. There was no pressure to buy anything. The prices are higher than the home centers, but there’s more selection and better stuff. The warehouse staff screwed up and delivered the wrong color of marble, which cost us half a week. That and the high prices were the only drawbacks

  Mary at World of Tile was really amazing, she took her time helping us, explained all types of facets of tiles and what we would need for glass, versus floor tiles, etc. Pricing was actually better than Home Depot and Lowes for much better quality tile. I would recommend stopping by at least to compare, not all big box stores are better and even though sometimes you have to order stuff - they brought in a bunch from other stores for us. Thanks again.
