  Why, I don't know - but: FAR better than the food & experience I had at the Boulder location. Service could have been a bit more attentive (Ordered beef soft taco & chicken enchilada - got a chicken soft taco and cheese enchilada.) Didn't feel like complaining or waiting, but at least they were tasty. (Tip for the wait staff: write the orders down. Despite your beliefs or best intentions, you can't remember an entire order for 4.)

  From the reviews I guess this place can be a hit or miss, but we had a good experience. went on a Sunday afternoon during the nfl playoffs, place was somewhat full but we had a reservation for 10 people, which was a plus. upon entering we were asked what we wanted to drink, everyone had separate checks which was not an issue. I ordered the Pancho Villa plate, which turned out to be an enormous platter of food. it was outstanding and highly recommend it. service was a bit slow on refills but nothing to give a negative review. We would definitely return in hope of receiving the same service.

  We were promptly greeted by a friendly face at the front door and seated immediately. Drinks arrived quickly and friendly server was ready to take our order. Questions were answered and food accommodations were made with out fuss. Food came out hot and delicious and prepared correctly. Restaurant was clean and appealing. Nice variety on the menu and good prices.
