There was no charge and I was super grateful for their friendly, professional courtesy. They even carried my sewing machine from my car into the store. Now that's great customer service! Thank you Above and Beyond for saving me from hours of aggravation.

(August 29, 2018, 8:43 am)Friendly helpful staff. Stocks lots of brands of vacuum cleaner parts. Usually has basic sewing machine supplies. Repairs sometimes a bit slow. Good about calling . Great free sewing demo on Tuesdays. Lots of classes. Has expanded to 3 stores. Owners are hands on.
