Club Pilates Quebec Plaza

I am new to Pilates and I wasn’t sure if these classes would work for me. After attending a few classes, I felt like I found something right for me! The instructors are all so helpful- making sure you are in the right position - accommodating any special needs (I have had total hip replacement and a fused toe joint) . - and they are encouraging! It’s a judgement free place to strengthen your body and regain a solid sense of balance. I have met some lovely people here and I look forward to every class I attend! #pilatesbingo

I absolutely love Pilates. Club Pilates at the Quebec plaza location provides warm comfortable welcoming classes for all levels. I strength train regularly; however, it wasn’t until I joined this Pilates group that I was able to strengthen my core and engage my glutes. Additionally, this is my PT therapy 😜

It is true - Pilates does make you stronger. Club Pilates Quebec Plaza is a clean, inviting and judgement free atmosphere. Try this place and you will be hooked. Even during Covid I have felt safe returning to class - temperature checks, masks and wiping down equipment after each class is standard procedure.
