Athena helped me discover reasons why I have some relationship patterns in my life through the past life regression piece of the session. I thought it would be scary to do this and learn about past lives, but it was fascinating.
In the weeks since I’ve had my session, I’ve noticed that some of the triggers I had about my trauma are no longer there. Athena is a kind, compassionate woman who really knows and understands both how the brain works and also the spiritual aspect of healing. I’d tried several things to move past trauma, and with Athena’s help, I finally have! If you’re looking for answers, she is definitely the person to work with. -
