I am perfect example: OLD person/ NEW technology NO internet since 90's NEVER had cellphone.Went to this store in tears.EDGAR took time to HELP me cleaned up the mess I'd made of things SHOWED me how to DO stuff the RIGHT way, set up my voicemail(I thought VISUAL VM meant they could see me!) Went thru examples of HOW TO, dealt w/ my tears. Helped my confidence by telling me "We are smarter than our technology" He spent nearly 1&1/2 hr, over&over til I FINALLY 'got it'. (sort of) REMEMBER: "old person"
