One of the batteries in our boat died and wouldn't take a charge. Bailey assessed the battery and got me a full warranty replacement with NO issue ! Got us back on the water in no time :)

This store, and Bailey specifically, turned what could have been a bad experience into a great experience. We took a watch in for a new battery and they said they couldn’t get the tiny tiny screws out and In the end the screws got stripped in the process (which I found out later when I took to jewelry store). I called and Bailey spoke to me and without hesitation said to bring it in and they would make it right. She kept me updated along the way as the process to fix it wasn’t straight forward and replacement was the solution. Bottom line, the integrity and customer service shown was amazing and I am confident to keep going back here for service. As fyi, they earlier had helped us replace a 2010 car key fob which also wasn’t straight forward as we didn’t have a working fob to start with. Again they worked thru a detailed process and got us back on the road with a good fob at much lower cost than the dealer would have. Thank you!
