Even when I messed up resetting my phone, he was not annoyed ( or didn't act like it)! Much more friendly and helpful than the Verizon store on 36/37. 11/10 definitely recommend!!

The manager was patient and made sure my phone was set up and that everything transferred from my old phone prior to leaving the store. He also helped make sure my phone was protected, as I was leaving without a case. He was super friendly and patient. All-around great customer service!
