He responded promptly to my back problems and searched for a solution immediately. He made me feel like my back problems were important to him and called in the other professionals to look into recommendations for relief.

(January 13, 2019, 5:02 pm)Dr Janßen has been my orthopedic surgeon for 10 years. I have recently found myself in need of a check by him for a new condition. He has tried to help all he can but insurance just can’t see the need for an MRI which unfortunately has become the norm anymore. He is a caring man and always has been. I will see him soon and recommend him to anyone that needs help.

(November 14, 2018, 3:18 pm)Professional staff and doctors. The doctors are very personable, open, honest and easy to talk to and ask questions. Nurses were incredible and made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. Administration staff has been helpful and responsive with all paperwork, payments and insurance questions. I would recommend this center for spine services, which is what I'm being treated for.
