  I have been a member since 2007 and let me tell you how great of an experience I have had thus far! The machines are always working ( if they break - they are right on top of getting them fixed) The staff is always so friendly and even though they had some set backs with staffing, the gym is always up and running accordingly. I don’t understand why people are so rude with their comments that they clearly make up. If you don’t come during staff hours which are CLEARLY posted 8am-8pm then there is no staff here to accommodate you. It’s not their fault and should not be berated online. I have had nothing but a great experience here and I have recommended this facility to all my family and friends. Posting a negative review over a paper towel is rediculous in my opinion. If you are unhappy with where you are at then stop being unhappy and switch gyms instead of leaving negativity about a business and the employees that cannot help with the hands they are dealt. Apparently having such great prices and keeping people where they are at!

  My trainer Mike is great! The facilities on the other hand needs a little TLC from management. There are several hand grips that are tearing, or have been torn, for quite some time now.

  Small and convenient located right next to my house. It's what I need. They gave me a great price due to my desire to switch from 24 hour fitness to them. However, 24 hour fitness requires a contract that I couldn't cancel, which made it difficult to switch to Fitness 19. They understood my issue and gave me a good price that made it a no brainer to switch to them.
  
  One thing I wish they would expedite on is their implementation of after-hours access like they do in Westminster. That would be fantastic.
