Staybridge Suites Denver North - Thornton, an IHG Hotel

Check in was quick & efficient. Staff was friendly & was accommodating on suggestions of where to go eat. Rooms were spotless & spacious -great for family’s. Love the comfy beds!! Felt like home away from home. Also super convenient to the highway!

My family and I had the privilege of staying here on our trip! The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate my husband and I, our 7 year old, and our 2 year old twins surprisingly comfortably.
Customer service was excellent and willing to help with anything we needed. Check in/check out was a breeze, and anyone who has young kids knows the importance of everything going quickly and smoothly!
Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

This place is awesome! Right next to outlets! An in n out is about to open right across the street! The best part about my over 3 month stay here was the customer service I received from Yvette! She is very professional and friendly super helpful! Yvette should be a manager there! I booked and rebooked because I knew the rooms would be clean and mostly because of the great customer service I received from Yvette!

My husband and I recently stayed here after having the worst experience at another hotel the previous evening. When we called Staybridge and spoke with Yvette, she was extremely helpful and patient as we explained our situation. We were needing a hotel for the remainder of our 9 day trip and we needed a room as soon as possible. Yvette did not hesitate to speak to her manager and they were able to book a room for us immediately. They even offered for us to check in early as we were unable to even shower at the previous hotel we were at.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Yvette and she was beyond helpful. The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming and we were so happy we were able to book a room here without any notice. Our room was perfect for the two of us. It was sparkling clean and had more amenities than we even needed for our trip. All staff members we interacted with were so nice and always asked if we needed anything.

This hotel will be our new "go to" when visiting CO! We had a wonderful experience and can't thank the staff enough for being so accommodating on such short notice!
