(November 7, 2022, 2:08 pm)Resident for the past 5 years and can honestly say the current staff has been the best we've had after going through so many before, the leasing team and managers finally seem to care about the property over the past two years. There's finally more parking around no more residents with 5 cars, less trash, no more noise issues, maintenance gets behind sometimes but its understandable considering the supply chain issues every business is dealing with but theyve been super communicative. Really been a great team and it makes the property such a nice place to live! I've recommended to everyone I know and plan on staying for much longer thanks to the new team they have!

Not the most modern but it's in a very convenient location being next to the shopping center that has Target, Sprouts, Michael's, Barnes and Nobles, Massage Envy, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-A, Dental office, etc. We have almost every kind of store or business next door, within walking distance. We are also conveniently located near the train station. It's quiet and feels like a safe place to live in.
I do not understand where all the complaints and poor reviews are coming from. But then again, it's impossible to please everybody. I wish people would leave honest comments and not poor ratings when they do not get what they want. The ladies at the leasing office are wonderful. They are friendly, professional and accommodating. The maintenance crew is respectful and approachable. Yes, it takes a few weeks to get non-emergency requests resolved, but we have to understand that many places are still understaffed through no fault of their own. Many suppliers are still recovering from the disruption of supply chain so it takes a lot longer to get parts needed for repairs or new appliances needed for replacement.
Do not let the bad reviews scare you away. I recommend Red Hawk Ranch apartments.
(September 14, 2022, 12:13 pm)While my car was in the shop, Angelica made what could have been a parking ordeal for my rental a piece of cake! Quick response, sweet demeanor, and I’m thankful for the help. I’ve much enjoyed my time living here as well.
