This was one of the most welcoming gyms I have visited, everyone was really friendly and we didn’t feel like newbies at all, by the end of the class we were making jokes, giving fist bumps and laughing with the class. The coach was very knowledgeable and encouraging, explained every movement, corrected my form, and kept high energy the entire class. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It is not a gym full of ultra elite athletes that can be intimidating, rather, they cater to the everyday client looking for general physical improvement. The owners are very friendly and have years of experience and knowledge. This gym is suitable for all age ranges and skill levels; children up to elderly grandparents; beginners to higher level athletes as needed. They have BBQs and social hours constantly which make them all the better. Stop in and just check it out!
