(January 25, 2019, 10:56 pm)My fiance and I moved in here on the 23rd, not only did the staff go above and beyond to get us into our apartment but they loved on our service dog Zeus throughout the entire process! I've read some reviews on here and just want to shed light on a few things people have problems with-
Parking- it's not perfect, but it's not as bad as people say. We work 2 totally different schedules and have never had to walk more than 3 minutes.
"Rude staff"- Completely false, unless this property JUST got a new staff. I sat in the main office for HOURS waiting to see if we got approved like an absolute spaz and the women in the main office were just wonderful. Joking around with me and calming me down when I stormed in the office in tears over our current situation. Later when we went to see our apartment we met some maintenance staff and they were AWESOME, giving us tips on parking and dog walking routes.
Over all we are SO happy with our move and LOVE our new place.

(January 23, 2019, 5:28 pm)Parking was an issue in the beginning but I got a garage and that solved that issue. I'm optimistic that the new parking permit policy will help others. Any other issues that have come about are nobody's fault but my own and have been resolved. The ladies in the office have always been professional and friendly. Suzette has always been nice and I just love Jennifer. Jennifer's willingness to work with me and the issues I've had has been above and beyond anything I could have asked for. As for the community, snow removal is lacking a bit, but with the garage and AWD I could care less. It almost always clean outside, dog poop isn't much of an issue like at other places, the trash service is a major plus for lazy people like myself, one of the quietest places I've ever lived, definitely the nicest apartment I've ever lived in, and spacious enough for me and my two dogs to wrestle around, the price sucks but we are living in Colorado after all, nothing is cheap anymore. No regrets in renewing my lease
