GQue BBQ - Westminster

The best brisket I’ve ever tasted! Generous portions are lean and flavorful. Friendly staff, nice ambiance and comfortable atmosphere with sports playing on large screen TVs. Ordering ahead online is simple and quick. You can even pay ahead and have them bring it out to your car, for those days you don’t want to get out of your pajamas! I usually purchase the half pound of brisket and then portion it out into freezer bags so I have lunches all week. I also use it as a topping on pizzas and for shredded beef and cheese enchiladas.

We love great BBQ and have eaten some of the best you can find in many states known for amazing smoked meat with great sauce. GQue is the best not just in Westminster but in the entire Denver area. I have eaten here multiple times and never have been disappointed. The pulled pork, brisket, sausage, beans, mac and cheese all will be delicious. Topper bbq sauce just enhanced the meal. Great coleslaw with topper sauce on pulled pork is my go-to lunch. I would go out of my way to get some more. Just a great meal. Enjoy!

GQue gave us 5 wings and then 3 ribs. Delicious meat and smoked flavor. Each time we add some brisket, so tender. Thanks GQue for the free tastes. My wife and I just had a free pork sandwich on GQue. We added beans and mashed potatoes. Pork was tender and great flavor with the spicy BBQ sauce. Thanks so much. Will come back to have more.

I love this place! Best BBQ in Colorado hands down. I frequent this place once a week. Dry rubbed wings are the best wings you'll ever have, even if you choose to dip them in buffalo sauce. My go to sandwich though is the meltdown. (Update) Back County Mustard sauce is a must on onion rings. Also a great substitute for any of the smoked meats it is perfect. Bottle it please 😂

Best Barbecue in Colorado! Staff always makes me feel at home when I come in. They take care of there customers. The kitchen manager is very respectful and enjoyed very much him taking his time to explain items to me and greatly enjoyed his conversation. More people in the world need to be like him. Don’t listen to the negative reviews of this place them people are just unsatisfied with things going on in there own life to take it out on such a wonderful place.
