  Visited this restaurant about two weeks ago. Not very crowded, I would say 5 tables with customers in the restaurant. We were set by a window in a cozy little two top. We waited about 25 mins and never had a server come to our table. We left and on the way out I told the hostess "your restaurant should hire enough people to actually wait on customers." I started walking to another restaurant and decided I was not going to let that slide. I went back in and found the manager/owner. I gave him a piece of my mind and told him I did not appreciate being treated that way. He apologized and said to call him if I ever wanted to try again and he would take care of me. Tonight I called since I was taking my wife out on another date night. I was told he was busy with a customer. I was then asked if I wanted to hold. I said yes I will hold. The host or server that answered the phone was nice enough to not put the phone on hold so that I could hear what was going on in the restaurant. I heard him ask the owner if he wanted to talk to me and heard the owner say No. I was then told to leave my number and he would call me back. It's now 10:22pm, they are closed, and never heard back from the owner. It is very rare that I would give any business a second chance and I guess I should stick to that policy.
  Update:
  The owner did end up getting ahold of me the next day and asked that I come back in for a second try. He threw in a little incentive so I decided to give it another go. Went to tonight 01/19/19 with the wife. I have to say it's a pretty amazing experience. The wife and I had a wonderful dinner and a couple of flights of wine. Food is outstanding and the service this time was right on key.

  Great wine selection, food (mostly small plates) and service. Expect to spend some money, but get high quality. I wouldn't go here all the time but enjoy it for a special date night

  This was a great place for a date night! Wednesday night is all night happy hour which is awesome. Such a great selection of wines along with some of the best charcuterie we’ve ever had!

  Perfect for a date night or girls' night out! I recommend getting a cheese and meat plate. The crackers, bread, mustard, apples, dates, nuts, and olives that come with it are well worth it! Also, try a few wines and get a flight before ordering your first glass!

  I love Bitto Bistro. It is one of my favorite places for a fun evening with my girlfriends. We've done wine flights, wine by the bottle, happy hour, shared salads and other menu items and have always had a good time - cheese platters are a must! Great atmosphere and attentive service. My friends and I may have been the last people hanging around after closing more than once. :) Great place to revive your spirits with people you love!
