    Love Cycle Bar! For years I struggled to find a gym/work out that I could maintain long term. I’m going on 1 year and a 100 plus rides and feel better than ever. Definitely see the results!

    I highly recommend this Cyclebar location. The owners are so kind and understanding, and the instructors will give you a great work out while making you feel valued. I came in as a beginner, and then took almost two years off to come back to them remembering me and welcoming me back with such love and acceptance. While all the instructors are incredible, Shalee is such a kind and genuine soul. She will make you feel like you belong in that room, that you are seen and you are worthy. Definitely give this place a chance, you won’t regret it!

    I'm new to spin classes but I absolutely LOVE it here. Everyone is so kind and I truly do feel like I belong here. I never feel judged- which is so important to me! I signed up today for a monthly plan and my weekly rides are my favorite thing to look forward to! Highly recommend!

    This is the great place the staff is super friendly and the workouts are very challenging, I would highly recommend.
