(November 17, 2018, 9:32 am)The vet that took care of my little Sam doctor wolfel was absolutely wonderful. and the vet tech Jenny was full of information they all had wonderful personalities and were willing to talk to me and answer all of my questions with a positive attitude. I am happier than I thought I would ever be with a Banfield Hospital. I recommend them to my friends now.

(October 23, 2018, 2:57 pm)We have been bringing our corgi to Banfield since she was a tiny puppy and I could not be happier with the service we have received at this location! The staff was extremely helpful and we really felt that everyone had our family's best interests at heart. Our first visit was on Sunday, and even though we kept the staff past closing (I am SO sorry- didn't know you guys closed at 5!!) not once did anyone mention it or complain. Our vet, Dr. Giovanello, made sure we had all of our questions answered and left feeling confident in her treatment. Katy was extremely helpful and kind as well!
Our second visit was first thing this morning after an overnight visit to Community Pet Hospital (also awesome; highly recommend in the event of an after-hours emergency) and they took great care of us this time, too! Chelsea answered many of our sleep-deprived calls and helped us immensely by making us feel at ease.
It's worth noting that the Wellness plan saved us ~$500 for this particular emergency too.
Thank you so much to all of the staff at Banfield! You guys ROCK!!
