  Been coming to this place for over ten years and it’s had a lot of changes post Dr. Polk. Definitely pleased with the current staff.
  
  Gina, the office manager is incredible. The person I would want crunching my numbers any day. She is incredibly proactive and on the ball! She always works with my insurance and tries to get the best possible outcome she can, let’s be real, the insurance typically does the final calculations, but she is typically 99% spot on. Also, for having to be the bearer of bad news, she delivers in a very professional and caring fashion. She gets it, we are humans who don’t grow money. Also, she calls and provides detailed reminders of next appointments, I appreciate this lady a LOT!
  
  Linda, the hygienist. Super friendly and equally educated. She keeps the conversation comfortable and gets your teeth cleaned like nobody’s business. Pretty sure I asked her the stupidest question today (“why do you blow air on my teeth?” In case you were wondering) and she didn’t make me feel ignorant at all, I can tell she takes pride in educating her patients and teaching them better ways of preventative care. Thank you, Linda.
  
  Lastly, Dr. Paylor, I’ve only just met him briefly and had a quick exam, he seemed incredibly personable and gentle with the instruments, soo I’m hoping my next apt goes smoothly and he is great at his job. Might need to update review post procedure!

  Love my dentist office! Especially Gina, she is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She handles my and all my many questions like a champ! Thank you Gina and also Linda for making it fun to come to the office :)

  I had a fantastic visit at this practice. I found the doctor to be pleasant and informative. Most importantly, the front desk was on point. They were informative, but direct (I don’t like beating around the bush). Gina was thoughtful and patient, answering my questions and making sure I knew exactly what was ahead. I’ve already shared my thoughts with close friends and I hope others find this business- I am confident they too would have a similar experience.
