Big Dry Creek Park

  Ive been to this park many times, mainly because its on one of my bike trails. Its a good place to rest since it has a big covered picnic area and I believe it also has a water fountain, which is helpful in the hot, dry summer months. Its more of a general use park filled with bike, hiking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas, The dog part is only a fenced in patch of ground in the corner.

  Great set of winding walking trails located in the middle of the city of Westminster. Plenty of places to explore with great scenery of the Rockies looming on the horizon. Most of the paths are paved, but there are some that are not so I would recommend some shoes you don't mind getting dirty or hiking boots. There is also a dog park and playground located off the parking lot. Great place to grab some exercise or kill some time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

  Playground looks awesome for kids ages 18 months or older. One set says it's specifically for ages 2-5 year olds. Picnic tables were dirty though.

  We went here to watch a movie in the park that was hosted by westminster city! It was the cleanest park I've been too!! It has so much room and perfect for your little ones to get out and run around!
