Arbour Commons

Today we decided to take a look at Arbour Commons with another place in mind. After we spoke with Gus and his amazing team and toured the property, we turned around and instantly applied for a beautiful new home with Arbour Commons!
Gus went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us find the right place. His communication and kindness is exceptional. He worked with us every step of the way and never made us feel pressured to move in. Feeling secure and knowing we will be working with such great people here was a huge selling point. We left super excited and cannot wait to move in. Thank you for everything, Gus!

Just need to stop in and brag!

Typically, you call a place and sometimes you get an inviting voice, but this experience was so fun and different!

I called browsing about the area looking for something different and I may have just found it!

The customer service on the other end of the line was an actual human being, Gus! He was so kind! Like a genuine kindness that I do not know how to describe other than those words precisely genuine, fun, different and kind!

Made me feel right at home!

So far we've had a wonderful experience inquiring about a feature home at Arbour Commons. We spoke with Gus, who's super friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Overall the staff has been great and friendly. Super recommend.

Love living in this community! From Nancy and Leslie in the office to Oscar and Mike in maintenance.
The ladies in the office are always so kind and welcoming, and always taking time out to really help their residents.
Oscar and Mike are always fast, efficient, and professional in their repairs and always follow up on how things are, really making you feel like they care.

A very comfortable community area with fantastic staff. Apartment units themselves are spacious with a few of them offering nice views of the mountains. Maintenance staff are prompt to addressing any service requests I have put in. And if a maintenance request takes longer than anticipated, the staff accommodated the issue appropriately. A huge shout-out to Mikey, Oscar, and Adam with the maintenance crew for helping with all maintenance requests in quick timing, and also a shout-out to Nancy and Sady for helping make the move-in process less stressful!
